Momshies
May is Mother’s Month and I am one of the lucky moms who were invited by BlueWater Day Spa for a pampering treat. I opted to try their Cellulite Melter Massage, I read that this spa treatment helps in releasing excess water from the body and leaves the skin looking younger and glowing. As a work-from-home mom, juggling work, good housekeeping and giving into my toddler’s needs and “kakulitan” leaves my body tired and sometimes a body part aches, so I am very thankful for this Spa treat.

Every time I visit BlueWater Day Spa, I instantly feel relaxed the moment I enter their premises, the smell of essential oils, and the calm vibe makes me want to immediately jump into their massage bed and be pampered.  But before that, locker room first, change clothes and then hit the Sauna room to get some steam and maybe remove some fats lol!

Massage time is always the best part, their therapist are really good,
I don’t usually nap during massages because other therapists can sometimes be hard when massaging me, you know I am chubby and they thought I want it hard lol! But with BlueWater Day Spa therapist, I just inform them that I want it light and then I can take my nap, no need to constantly remind them, I can truly relax.

Thank you BlueWater Day Spa for another pampering session and Mother’s Day treat.

For your relaxation needs, here’s list of their best spa services:

Green Tea is an excellent antibacterial and anti-inflammatory agent that protects the skin against free radical damage, increases the effectiveness of sunscreen and reduces inflammation caused by sun damage.

Pomegranate Scrub

Its seeds are rich in both vitamins and minerals and are said to contain more antioxidants than green tea and also to have healthy levels of folic acid, iron, and potassium. The antioxidants in pomegranate juice are reported to stimulate collagen production when used both topically and consumed internally, which will then combat the ravages of free radicals, which are very much like rust.

Botanical Rice & Milk (NEW & IMPROVED)
Soften your skin with nature’s staples - rice and milk. This natural body mask, applied after a relaxing salt and oil body scrub, restores the skin’s pH level to make it soft, supple and nourished.

Traditional Filipino Hilot

In celebration of World Health Day on April 7, Safeguard launches Health Watch, a lecture series aimed to equip Filipino moms with the information and the skills that they need to continue to keep their family healthy.

For 50 years, Safeguard continues to be committed to promoting health and hygiene, making the brand synonymous with family germ protection. Consistent with this mission, Safeguard understands that mothers strive to keep their family healthy by staying updated on current healthcare issues.

Every year, World Health Day is a reminder that health should come first. While every mom continues to think about health, the fact remains that there is still so much more that can be done to improve the health of every family and the nation.

In the first Health Watch lecture among mommy bloggers, UNICEF shared figures about the State of Filipino Children’s Health. According to a report entitled “A Decade of Tracking Progress for Maternal, Newborn, and Child Survival” conducted in 2015, the Philippines is among 26 countries which have contributed to 80% of global deaths of children under 5 years old.

A report by A Promise Renewed cited that 3 out of 100 children under 5 years old in the Philippines die due to neonatal health conditions (45%), pneumonia (18%), and diarrhea (7%). As any mom would know, any child’s death is one death too many – particularly when some of these deadly diseases are easily prevented through the simple act of handwashing. Handwashing with soap and water helps reduce the incidence of diarrhea among children by up to 50% and respiratory illnesses such as pneumonia by up to 25%. Among infants, handwashing has also helped reduce infections, which constitute 16% of neonatal conditions.

Procter & Gamble, through Safeguard, partners with UNICEF to address this problem by implementing its Water, Sanitation and Health (WASH) Program, which includes health and hygiene education among children.

However, beyond this program to help reduce the incidences of deadly diseases, Safeguard also recognizes the importance of health in the context of everyday activities at home. On World Health Day, Safeguard emphasizes that proper hygiene every day also plays an important role in keeping families healthy.

At the first Health Watch lecture, Safeguard taught mothers about First Aid basics, including proper wound care, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross (PRC). According to the PRC, the simple act of washing a wound with soap has been beneficial in reducing infections among children, infections which could eventually develop to more serious diseases. Wounds are often the primary entry point of germs and bacteria, thus, wound care is considered a crucial step in disease prevention.

Proper sanitation is equally important among moms as the First Aiders before treating their children’s minor burns and wounds. Parents must be aware that the first important step is washing their hands before treating their children.  Washing the wound with soap and water for 5 minutes also greatly reduces the chance of infection, tetanus, scarring, and tattooing of the skin from dirt left in the wound.

Whether it’s a serious disease like diarrhea on everyday complaint like a new wound from playing outdoors, moms always have to be on alert to keep their family protected. The trusted name in family germ protection, Safeguard is moms’ partner in health.

On World Health Day and beyond, Safeguard puts your family’s health first. 50 years of protection, 50 years of Safeguard. Health comes first.

A long but worthy read. What ia your take on this?

Isang Open Letter kay Direk Cathy Garcia Molina
TODAY · PUBLIC
Ganoon ba talaga ‘pag stressed?
October 22, 2014
Ma. Socorro V. Vidanes
Head, Broadcast
ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corp.
Quezon City
Dear Ms. Vidanes:
Good day. I am Alvin D. Campomanes, a historian and educator. I am a product of Paref Southridge School and the University of the Philippines (UP), where I graduated cum laude in 2008. Currently, I am a faculty member of the Department of History of the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) and the Department of General Education of Enderun Colleges. I have taught history in Miriam College High School, Assumption College and San Beda College Alabang. Among the young historians, I am one of those who are often invited by leading networks for interviews during historical commemorations. For ABS-CBN, I have granted interviews on Dateline Philippines (ANC) and Umagang kay Ganda. I was also one of the resource persons in the documentary Ninoy sa Puso ng Pinoy (2011).
I write this letter to protest the indignities that I have suffered as a talent in a location shooting of Forevermore from October 6-7, 2014.
My girlfriend, who has a background in theater, was recruited for that television soap by a talent coordinator named John Leonardo. I accompanied her to Baguio City. However, her talent manager, who was supposed to be her partner, failed to arrive in the set. John, perhaps out of desperation and fear that he will be reprimanded by his superiors for failing in his responsibility, took me in as a substitute. He was fully aware that I am an academic, that I had no previous acting experience. Although I was very reluctant, I yielded to his request because he said that it will be finished in a day; that I was only needed for two sequences. I made it clear to him that I intend to return to my hotel room as soon as possible because I had a lot of paperwork to finish. He agreed. My girlfriend and I played the roles of “Celia” and “Makoy” respectively. John did not even bother to introduce us to the directors.
On the first taping day, October 6, director Cathy Garcia Molina led the prayer before we started our work. The prayerful director said that the soap is meant to “entertain” and “teach values” to its viewers. I recoil when I remember how her behavior toward bit players and those who work behind the camera so brazenly contradicted her pious pronouncements. Her hypocrisy was disconcerting to watch. She was servile to Luz Fernandez, courteous to Joe Gruta, solicitous to Liza Soberano, and friendly to Joey Marquez and Irma Adlawan. Liza committed a lot of mistakes in delivering simple lines, but the director shielded her from criticism. She never uttered anything that could embarrass the young actress. This sensitiveness to the feelings of others however, was selective; it was only for stars and veteran actors.
The “Romantic Comedy Queen” instructs talents by shouting, insulting, and spitting all sorts of curses. She is a character straight out of the Noli. She is subservient to the wealthy and the powerful like Capitan Tiago, despotic like Padre Damaso and despicably pretentious like Padre Salvi and Doña Victorina. In a rehearsal take on the morning of the first day, she shouted at my girlfriend three times: “Sarah! Sarah! Sarah! Ikaw! Anong pangalan mo?!” There was a delay in her reaction because her character’s name was Celia, not Sarah. But a queen like Cathy cannot admit her mistake. I experienced the same treatment before sundown. My girlfriend and I both remember that Cathy said “putang ina” to her once on that day.
Work resumed after dinner. It was already past ten in the evening. I was already disoriented. I was thinking of all the teaching-related tasks that I need to accomplish before I return to Manila the next day. I found the director’s instructions vague and I misunderstood some of them.
I was verbally abused.“Putang ina! Ang hirap turuan!” “’Kinang ina!“Pakshet ka, Makoy!”At that point, I remember Joey Marquez spared me from further humiliation by coaching me on how to position my body for that particular scene. I believe he was uncomfortable seeing me endure all those hurtful remarks, aware as he was that his daughter Winwyn was my student in San Beda. As a matter of prudence, I struggled to maintain my composure. I did not want to engage a woman who is almost as old as my parents in a shouting match. I am the better person. I was raised well by my parents. I was formed well by my teachers. I am an educator. I had the moral ascendancy.
While we were inside the van on our way to the hotel on the first night, I heard one of the young talents ask John if she can leave the next day because she needed to attend an orientation for new Jollibee employees. He refused. He so arrogantly told the young lady that he will just “write an excuse letter saying she has a taping for ABS-CBN.” Who is this man to prevent her from attending an orientation for a regular job? What authority does he have to write an excuse letter for her? He is not her guardian! I also remember one instance when I was repelled by the vulgarity of this man. I was there beside him when he said this to a talent, a woman in her early 20s: “Sinong jowa mo, yung tomboy? Bakit? Nagjojowa ka ng tomboy? Gusto mo ba yun, pinepenggay ka? Pero naranasan mo na magpatusok ng titi sa lalaki?” The woman, although violated, forced to smile. He said these nasty things in front of the younger sisters of the woman, who were both teenagers.
We were told that we have to go back to finish a sequence. That night, despite my exhaustion, I had difficulty sleeping because of the questions that assailed my mind. The question that troubled me most was this: had the production staff known that I am an academic, would they have treated us with respect? But they did not have to know my background before they respect us.
We barely had four hours of sleep but we woke up very early. I asked myself if I can still continue in that kind of exploitative environment. I steeled myself. I did not want to cause inconvenience to the actors, who had been very good to us. Out of concern for the program, I decided to stay to finish what I have started. But things did not get better on the second day, October 7.
Before the taping started, the director huddled with the main actors to give them instructions. Our talent coordinator reminded us not to join them unless we are told to do so. He never allowed us to mingle with them. Suddenly, I heard the director was looking for me so I raised my hand. Obviously irked, she said: “Makoy! Nasan ka ba Makoy, san ka ba lagi nagpupunta?! Artista kita, ‘di ba!” My girlfriend defended me by saying the truth, that the talent coordinator always separated us from the main actors. “Bakit niyo pinapahiwalay, eh mga artista ko ‘tong mga ‘to?” I found her statement ridiculous because she rests and eats with the actors and she never looked for us! We never joined the actors in their tent or their table.
In another scene, I stood where the assistant director told me to stand. But I accidentally blocked a fellow actor. The director screamed: “sapaw ka, Makoy, ano ba!” The assistant director quickly recognized his mistake, admitted he was the one who placed me there. He instructed me to move a bit to the left so I will not block the view of the actor who was supposed to deliver a punchline. It should be emphasized, for the sake of comparison, that this assistant director we knew as “Sir Barry” did more work than Cathy, most of the time, under the scorching heat of the sun. But he was always patient in teaching actors where to stand, how to react, what to say. He always answered our questions. He never swore. He never degraded any one of us.
The taping dragged on until the afternoon of the second day. In the story, my character was leaving to seek better opportunities abroad. We were shooting a parting scene. I was saying goodbye to my wife and son and to the people of our village. As with the first day, I committed mistakes in blocking. I was denigrated again by the director. I remember her shouting the following: “Makoy! Nasaan ang camera mo!” “Tang ina!”and “Alam mo, ikaw, inutil ka.” I saw how people in the production staff grinned and laughed at me. The director did not tell them to stop. I was no star like Liza Soberano. My girlfriend tried to coach me, but a woman named Ms. Jeng said “Celia, nagbibigay ng instructions kay Makoy, wag kang makisali.” It was the first time that I was shamed in front of people. I finished that scene despite the mental and emotional anguish.
I kept on asking John if there are still sequences to be shot on that day. I reminded him of our agreement. Instead of being grateful that I stayed for another day, he told me this: “Ang kulit-kulit mo! Galit na galit si direk sa ‘yo.” I answered him politely: “Alam mo namang hindi ko linya ito, first time kong umarte sa telebisyon.” He immediately retorted with a rudeness that I will remember for a long time: “Ay nako! kahit na!” We approached Jeng to ask if I can leave because I have an early class the next morning. This woman frowned and told us “dapat nag-usap muna kayong dalawa bago kayo dumiretso sa ‘kin!” She turned her back and walked away. It was then that I realized how much pain bit players got through when they negotiate the whims of power dispensers in location shooting. The blatant contrast of how stars are treated like royalty while bit players are abused to the hilt is enough to enrage anyone.
Hours passed. It was already dark and I was still in the set, waiting for an advice. I noticed that even those in the production staff were unaware if we still have scenes for that day. Why? Because they were working without a script! I was very tensed because of the uncertainties. We were told to return to the hotel. Had I been informed earlier, I would have left in the afternoon. But John was nowhere to be found. I felt betrayed.
When we arrived at the hotel, I received a call from him: “Ay, ano nga uling pangalan mo? Alvin! May isang sequence pa raw na ishu-shoot sa umaga, pwede bang umabsent ka na lang sa trabaho mo?” I was shaking with anger. I told him that I have already given him two days when what we agreed on was only one day. He even had the temerity and the gall to ask me to be absent in my class and pay the amount that I will lose from my absence! I was incensed by this man’s callousness. I am a conscientious teacher and no amount of money can blind me. He met his match because I am a talent that cannot be bought. Perhaps it was the first time that he encountered talents that cannot be fooled by promises of fame and money. We decided to leave Baguio that night. My girlfriend also dropped her role. I still attended my class in the morning.
In the ABS-CBN website, we can read the core values that the company holds sacred: meritocracy, excellence, teamwork, teaching and learning, honesty, integrity and respect, and service orientation. Under honesty, integrity and respect, it is stated that ABS-CBN employees “possess an unshakeable belief in one’s self-worth and dignity”; that “they never undermine others for their own gain”; that “they consistently treat others respectfully and fairly”. This makes me cringe because I have met people who had made a mockery of these core values.
When I related to my friends who work for news programs of ABS-CBN what I had experienced, they all replied that “it is just the way things are”. They all say that it is the “culture” in the local television and film industry. One of my friends even told me that maybe it was just a case of culture shock because in the academe, people conduct themselves very politely.
But this is not the culture that ABS-CBN is so proud about. Consider this passage in the network’s website:
For us in ABS-CBN, our core values serve as our anchor and guidepost. They keep us grounded and remind us of the things that matter more than ratings, revenues, and profits. They guide us in our decision-making and direct our choices and actions.
Our core values, with clearly articulated behavioral indicators, define what the ABS-CBN culture is and what kind of people would thrive in our organization.”(emphasis mine)
Following Weber, eminent anthropologist Clifford Geertz (1973, 5) defined culture as the “webs of significance that man himself has spun”. Culture is man-made. It is not fixed. It is not constant. It can be changed. If we are aware that in this prevailing system nameless and voiceless people are being oppressed, then we as moral individuals are obliged to correct this system! If it is possible for power wielders to respect the rich and the famous, why is it so hard to do this for the lowly and the marginalized? These bit role players are also the ones who patronize the television soaps and movies that the big networks are producing.
We are so used to television networks exposing corruption in government. But there is also much to be exposed in the rotten system of talent recruitment for television and film. For example, do networks really know how much are the talents being paid for long hours of work? In a system devoid of transparency, bit players cannot even know how many middle men are taking cuts from their pittance.
Let this outcry be a challenge to the integrity of ABS-CBN. I am calling on the network to prove to all of us that your core values are more important than “ratings, revenues, and profits.” I demand disciplinary action on Cathy Garcia Molina, Jeng and John Leonardo. If justice will not be served, if this plea will not be heeded, then it only means that your company condones the uncivil behavior of your people because they bring in “ratings, revenues and profits”. In her opening prayer, Cathy claimed that it was impossible for her not to get mad and offend people. However, she also said that she is confident that at the end of the day, everything will be okay, because we are a family. Is this how you treat a kapamilya? We never experienced verbal abuse in our homes! I also demand an apology from the little gods that have offended me.
I am aware that through this complaint, I am articulating the silent rage of all the extras and behind-the-camera workers who had been abused and dehumanized. I know I am not alone in this battle. For my part, I have resolved to act and set an example. If I fail, at least, it is not for lack of trying. While we were on our way to Manila, I could still hear the voice of Cathy Garcia Molina inside my ears, mocking me, berating me. I want you to know that up to this day, I am still being haunted by the thought that I was not able to defend myself. The emotional and mental torture is terrific.
I do not ask for mercy. I demand justice.

The Open Letter for Direct Cathy Garcia Molina

A long but worthy read. What ia your take on this?

Isang Open Letter kay Direk Cathy Garcia Molina
TODAY · PUBLIC
Ganoon ba talaga ‘pag stressed?

Ma. Socorro V.

(Manila, Philippines) — Bumper to Bumper, the longest-running car show and automotive lifestyle event, is once again happening on December 5 and 6 at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds. Now on its 11th year, the multi-event happening features the biggest production setup in any car show in Asia.

"Filipinos love car shows because we can relate to the cars we see. It is always a delight for us to see so many nice cars in one place. You can always see the excitement in people's eyes when they are in a car show and you also know deep inside that they feel inspired—that one day, they will also have these upgrades or these kind of rides in their garage," muses Jonathan Chio, CEO of Ladder Events Production.

Since 2005, Bumper to Bumper (B2B) has been bringing the car show not only to Manila but to 10 key cities, including Baguio, Batangas, Cebu, Davao, General Santos, Iloilo, Laguna, La Union, Pampanga, and Pangasinan. It is the only local car show known to do so, in its pursuit to bring the best of the best automotive mods across the Philippines.

Chio furthers, "Bumper to Bumper Car Show is like a theme park of sorts, a theme park for car enthusiasts. We have a wide array of vehicles on display, we have full blown entertainment to fill in your time, and we have unique activities all the time during the event."

The event usually attracts a crowd of 70,000 car enthusiasts and spectators. This year promises to be bigger and better. Activities include a two-division (Pro and Street category) car show competition, off-road vehicle display competition, engine roar competition, drive-in movie, dance showdown, concert, and Sneaker Fever Manila for those who love kicks.

"There are so many things B2B has done to our market. A lot of shops that does not have big budgets for bigger shows were known to have started in our car shows. We have given work opportunities to our car show models. Our event has served as a playground for aspiring photographers and bloggers. But more importantly, a lot of long lasting-friendships were born in our events," says Chio.

Exciting events to look forward to in 2016 include the B2B Car Show Sinulog in January; "Hot Import Nights V Manila” to be held at Metro Tent, Metrowalk on April 23 and 24; “Hot Import Nights Davao” to be held at The Peak in Davao City; and the first-ever Race Wars Unlimited Philippines.

Bumper to Bumper XI is presented by B2BCarshow.com, Total Excellium, PenserQ Multimedia Company, Repsol Motor Oils, No Fear Apparel, Task Us, SM Mall of Asia, and Chevrolet Philippines, among others.

The Metro Rail Transit (MRT) is one of the not so many options for someone to go around the Metro, actually when it was doing good not so long ago, it was actually the best and fastest way to beat heavy traffic.

Nowadays, it is the most nakaka-iritang ride, nakaka late and nakaka stress, I find myself having to take the bus na lang kesa maghintay ng matagal sa precious train na hindi mo sure kung darating pa ba.

1. Exercise
- Ito yung mga panahon na sira ang escalator (madalas namang sira) kaya need mong mag walk up and down and minsan nakiki run and race ka pa sa iba (may competition ang peg) para lang mahabol mo just in case may paparating nang train or if wala pa sige take your time, stroll by the beach ka na muna.

2. Patience
- It is really a virtue! (Nagbagal ka kasi kanina, mala walk by the beach haha!)

3. Faith
Just have faith! Walang bibitaw!

4. Stamina

5. Sense of Humor

6. Activist
Success! Nabwisit ko na sya! Nagka welga na! Hahaha!

I-uupdate ko pa to in the long run, inaayos ko pa kasi category nya (gumaganun pa) for now ito na lang muna, naka relate ka ba? The more the merrier!

She's been known to conquer the dance floor, hailed as the Dance Princess of the showbiz industry, Maja Salvador now celebrates her 10th Anniversary through a benefit concert touring around the country.

Maja is helping an orphanage, everything from the concert goes to them, these are children who were abandoned by their parents and Maja wants to help them even through their schooling.

The concert was first derived from a joke, Maja wanted to celebrate her 10th with a bang and showcase her talent in singing, her actual goal was to do sing and dance that's why she took some voice classes when the project was given a go signal. Admittedly, the concert series was a dream came true for her. She is thankful for the opportunity to perform and shares that she is happiest when she entertains people, hence, her success.

When Maja performs, people feel the intensity and the passion, I for one really loves her dancing, "bigay todo but graceful" and doing it now with singing, I must say she has improved her voice and can sure carry a sing and dance performance.

She may have been called names, been and still being bashed online but she sure is a fighter. Happy 10th Year Maja! Happy Birthday too.

Be sure to catch her on the upcoming leg of MajaUnveils@10, you will surely enjoy the concert plus knowing you've helped a lot.

To be fit is easier said than done, some would say being fat or thin doesn't mean you are healthy. I am on the heavier side, but to be thin is not actually my greatest goal in life, I exercise because I want to pump up my body. Some would agree with me when I say doing the regular exercise routine is kinda boring, that's why many kinds of exercises were created now. Well as for me I am more interested in dancing while burning those calories, or anything that doesn't have to be repeated over and over again for a month or so.

Here comes Subic Fitness Festival, this is actually a competition that's going to happen in Subic before this year ends, they partner with different fitness advocates here in Manila to teach us and let us experience the 24 disciplines of fitness. We opened two weeks ago running our third week now, and started with Circuit Warz, Urban Street Dancing and Meta Cap at FTX Gym in Makati. Yes, three different exercises every week which covers Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 4pm to 9pm at different locations being announced weekly.

I will be updating this for the second and third week, coming up will be zumba, krav maga, yoga and many more, Isn't that exciting?! All bloggers are welcome to join, if interested you may email me at Nikoletheblogger@gmail.com. You may also follow me on instagram and tweet me @MisisNikole please use the hash tag #SubicFitFest or you may actually comment now after reading this.

No pressure here, having fun while doing the routine is the best exercise plus you get to meet new friends. Join us!

Papapaaah-parapaaah-parapaaa-ra-papapaaah... The opening tune that is very familiar to most of us. Yes, It's Showtime has been running for more or less 4 years now and has proven that they can actually stay and be the official noontime show of ABS-CBN.

It's Showtime goes on live everyday, and having live audiences is not an easy task to maintain. But seeing the burning passion and love of the production people in their craft and the show, it just proves that this kapamilya show will go on more years.

The fun begins when the hosts starts to interact with the madlang people, their Sine-Mo-To segment gives the audience a chance to showcase their acting talents and take home some cold cash as their prize, also an opportunity to get closer to their favorite stars on stage.

For most people at home, their noontime will not be complete without them: Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, Billy Crawford, Kuya Kim, Karylle, Jhong Hilario, Ryan Bang, Jugs, Teddy, Coleen Garcia and Eruption. these people and the whole production team behind It's Showtime gives us a good laugh, good vibes and a good day!

This is your show, this is your time, It's Showtime!

Ten years, this is how proud Erik was when we had the chance to have a quick interview with him during his photo shoot for his 10th Anniversary concert happening in November 9, at the PICC entitled "inTENse. He said he has a lot of surprises in store for everyone and what extremely excites him was having his special guests say yes to celebrating the event with him.

"Give it your all, if you are not willing to give your whole heart and effort to your craft, don't even start to go there, kasi kung hindi ka sigurado, huwag mo na lang umpisahan kasi masasayang lang," His words when I asked him what advice he can give to aspiring singers.

They will start rehearsing soon and will update this post when I get to have more information about the concert, but for now, you can start saving because for sure, this concert is worth your money.

This year, Ystilo Salon celebrates their 15th Anniversary! Owned and managed by the Magdayao sisters, and endorsed by non-other than Vina Morales and Shaina Magdayao, Ystilo Salon has become one of the biggest hair and beauty salons in the Metro, not only that, because since they’ve open to franchising, the salon is continuously growing even in nearby provinces. And now as they celebrate their 15 years, Vina Morales is doing some store rounds, visiting mostly the ones from franchisee’s and provinces, too bad she says Shaina Magdayao can’t join her since she has been busy with her projects especially with the teleserye Juan dela Cruz, but Shaina is trying to fit her schedule to be at least with her ate for the Manila branches.

Vina, says she can’t actually believe how far they’ve come, and how successful and fulfilling it is to have this business going for 15 years now, she admitted having tried several other business ventures before and failed, she said it is not easy going into business since hard earned money is at stake, but she didn’t gave up and with the support of the whole family especially having all her sisters with her, she can’t imagine that it has already been 15 years and it felt so good.

Ystilo Salon will be having some really awesome promotions soon, so let’s all wait for those exciting pampering treats to celebrate with them. Happy 15th Anniversary Ystilo Salon.

Stay-cation, from stay and vacation, the new term when you just want get out of your busy world but don’t have the luxury of time to go too far for a quick chill and relax mode.  This is what Thunderbird Resorts Rizal can give you.

No car?  Want to go out on your own? No problem. Thunderbird Resorts Rizal provides shuttle service in specific key points of the city, my favorite drop off and pick up point is in St. Francis Square, Ortigas, at the back of SM Megamall and it’s for free, and this is very convenient for someone like me who doesn’t own a car.

Thunderbird Resorts Rizal offers a very quiet environment for those who just want to relax and have some peace and quiet, they have a swimming pool that has a very cinematic view of nature, stylish videoke rooms for some entertainment, bars and restaurants for your cravings and spend some extra cash and try your luck in their Fiesta Casino.

Looking for an event place? Thunderbird Resorts Rizal has a very spacious Event Hall, fully equipped with everything you need, sound system, catering and wi-fi connectivity are just a few of what they can actually offer. Plus you don’t have to worry about the travel; they have Bus shuttles available for large groups’ yay!

Truly Thunderbird Resorts Rizal place is a very good place to stay, unwind, and relax or just a quick getaway and staycation.
