Team Robes: The Powerful Tandem of SJDM Bulacan

In a political party when winners came from one camp, for sure working would be easier. But in a situation wherein a husband and wife wins, lucky for their constituents because for sure everyone will be treated as a family.

This is the situation now particularly in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan having Mayor Arthur Robes and Congresswoman Florida "ate Rida" Robes as the head of their town. There are a lot of projects now being pushed and  more activities for its people, it was easier for them to make things happen because they have one goal and one vision.

This tandem is also comparable to that of Tacloban husband and wife tandem Richard Gomez and Lucy Torres-Gomez as they work hand in hand for thr improvement and development of Tacloban.

Indeed, the people of SJDM are blessed to have "parents" who are not just hard working but also God-fearing and will continue to strive for the betterment of their community.

Mayor Arthur Robes: Seal of Good Local Governance Awardee

San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan Mayor Arthur Robes attended the awarding ceremony and received the Seal Of Good Local Governance Award from DILG.

In a quick interview, Mayor Art says he was very happy and proud to receive this award in behalf of all those people who helped the LGU in achieving the goal of good governance. He also said it was not easy and they encountered a lot of challenges during the process, but with the help of the Barangays and everyone who contributed, they managed to do the big improvements as smooth as possible.

Now that the award was given, the challenge is on how to maintain, but the good Mayor said they still have a lot of plans for SJDM Bulacan before the year ends and the award would serve as an inspiration to continue to do more. Also, the Mayor is having his Birthday on Novemeber 6th and will have a small salo-salo to celebrate.
