A Special Mother's Day Treat from BlueWater Day Spa

May is Mother’s Month and I am one of the lucky moms who were invited by BlueWater Day Spa for a pampering treat. I opted to try their Cellulite Melter Massage, I read that this spa treatment helps in releasing excess water from the body and leaves the skin looking younger and glowing. As a work-from-home mom, juggling work, good housekeeping and giving into my toddler’s needs and “kakulitan” leaves my body tired and sometimes a body part aches, so I am very thankful for this Spa treat.

Every time I visit BlueWater Day Spa, I instantly feel relaxed the moment I enter their premises, the smell of essential oils, and the calm vibe makes me want to immediately jump into their massage bed and be pampered.  But before that, locker room first, change clothes and then hit the Sauna room to get some steam and maybe remove some fats lol!

Massage time is always the best part, their therapist are really good,
I don’t usually nap during massages because other therapists can sometimes be hard when massaging me, you know I am chubby and they thought I want it hard lol! But with BlueWater Day Spa therapist, I just inform them that I want it light and then I can take my nap, no need to constantly remind them, I can truly relax.

Thank you BlueWater Day Spa for another pampering session and Mother’s Day treat.

For your relaxation needs, here’s list of their best spa services:

Cellulite Melter Massage
Take pleasure in a rigorous massage that eliminates fluid retention, detoxifies and burns fat and cellulite. The treatment is applied with a special anti-cellulite oil to reinforce fat breakdown, evidently felt during the treatment with a warm sensation.

Body Scrubs
Intense Whitening
Tired of being in the shade? Get fairer skin all over with this skin treatment that uses state-of-the-art Swedish whitening products enhanced with Vitamin C. The 1-hour treatment involves cleansing, micro- exfoliation, application of an intensive whitening mask via body wrapping, and moisturizing. Expect progressively visible results afterwards!

Olive Scrub
Bring dull skin to life with a refreshing body scrub that moisturizes and helps skin remain soft and smooth while keeping it toned and firmed.

Green Tea Scrub
Get cleansing, gentle exfoliation and super moisturization in one easy treatment. Green tea is known to be an antioxidant powerhouse. It is said to help in slowing down the premature aging process, thus leaving your skin youthful. Green Tea is an excellent antibacterial and anti-inflammatory agent that protects the skin against free radical damage, increases the effectiveness of sunscreen and reduces inflammation caused by sun damage.

Pomegranate Scrub
It’s rumored that Eve’s forbidden fruit was a pomegranate, not an apple! The pomegranate originally comes from Iran, and its exotic taste is both sweet and sour. Its seeds are rich in both vitamins and minerals and are said to contain more antioxidants than green tea and also to have healthy levels of folic acid, iron, and potassium. The antioxidants in pomegranate juice are reported to stimulate collagen production when used both topically and consumed internally, which will then combat the ravages of free radicals, which are very much like rust.

Botanical Rice & Milk (NEW & IMPROVED)
Soften your skin with nature’s staples - rice and milk. This natural body mask, applied after a relaxing salt and oil body scrub, restores the skin’s pH level to make it soft, supple and nourished.

Traditional Filipino Hilot
Come home to the tender and healing massage strokes of traditional Filipino descent: the hilot. Enhanced with a 15-minute Ventusa (Chinese cupping) technique that uses indigenous herbs, this massage soothes tense muscles and eliminates nodules forming particularly on the back area.
